Insalata di Pasta con Feta Pomodorini e Olive
Ingredients: (6 Servings)
500 g bow-tie pasta
300 g cherry tomatoes
200 g Feta cheese
100 g black Kalamata olives
20 leaves fresh basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water for about 11 minutes then rinse it under cold water and drain it.
Rinse your cherry tomatoes and cut them in four.
Cut the feta cheese into small cubes
and the olives into strips.
In a salad bowl, big enough to hold the pasta, combine one table spoon of extra virgin olive oil,
