Greek Salad

Ingredients:

2 yellow peppers

1 cucumber

1 red onion

4 vine tomatoes

50 g black pitted greek olives

200 g feta cheese

1/2 lemon, juiced

4 table spoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tea spoon dried oregano

salt and pepper

Directions:

Peel the cucumbers and cut them down the middle.

Take a small spoon and remove the seeds of the cucumber.

Cut the cucumber into small cubes and place them in a large salad bowl.

Rinse your bell peppers, core them, seed them and cut them into strips.

Then cut the strips into small squares and add them to the cucumbers.

Peel and thinly slice the onion and add it to the ingredients in the salad bowl.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Cut the feta cheese into squares and add it to the rest of the ingredients.

Cut the olives in half and add them to the salad bowl.

Whisk the lemon juice together with the olive oil. Add the oregano, a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and delicately toss the ingredients and serve.
