Tarte à la Tomate, Jambon et Mozzarella


Ham, Tomato and Mozzarella Tart


280 g ready rolled puff pastry

4 slices ham

250 g mozzarella

100 g green olives, pitted

2 teaspoons mustard

1 teaspoon oregano


Preheat the oven at 200 C.

Roll out the puff pastry over a cookie sheet onto a baking dish and prick it lightly with a fork.


Spread the mustard evenly onto the puff pastry.

Cover the base with the slices of ham.


Wash the tomatoes, cut them into round slices and take the seeds out.

Let them drain over a paper towel.


Slice the mozzarella and let it drain over a paper towel as well.


Arrange the tomatoes and the mozzarella on the tart overlapping the slices of tomato and mozzarella.

Sprinkle with the oregano.


Slice the olives and add them on the top.


Put the Tart in the oven and let it cook for 40 minutes.


Slice the Tart and serve it with a green salad.
